Compensation & Schedule:
$30 – $35 per hour | Hourly | Full-Time
Monday-Friday, 1st Shift 6:30a-3:30p
Option to work on Saturdays + OT Availability

What You'll Be Responsible For:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on:
- Balers, shredders, and conveyors
- Forklifts and skid steers
- Troubleshoot and repair:
- Hydraulic, mechanical, and motor systems
- Chains, belts, sensors, motors, and components
- Work independently to prioritize and complete work orders
- Use KPA software to manage PMs, work orders, and safety documentation
- Support and reinforce safety initiatives across the facility
- Help onboard and train new employees on safe work practices
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
- Manage shop supplies, parts, and inventory
- 53’ semi-trailer experience is a plus
- Ability to multi-task as well as being self-disciplined.
What We're Looking for:
- 5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Leadership attitude—lead by example, not by title
- Willingness to mentor and support less experienced technicians
- Welding experience and hydraulic knowledge (or willingness to learn)
- Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, CMMS systems)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Spanish/English bilingual is a plus, not required
